Sarah Rosenberg
Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in Tel Aviv, with international academic and clinical experience in Israel, France, and Colombia.
Graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bordeaux, with further studies in child and adolescent psychology at the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Therapy is offered in English, Spanish, French, and Hebrew.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

The therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives, with an emphasis on understanding each person’s emotional experiences, relationships, and personal history. Depending on individual needs, therapy may also draw from a range of approaches and interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Psychotherapy is offered to adults, children, and adolescents, as well as parent guidance. Areas of clinical experience include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, interpersonal and family difficulties, and challenges related to identity, adjustment, and significant life transitions.
Particular attention is given to the experiences of new immigrants and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including the challenges of adjustment and living between cultures.
Therapy can provide an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of oneself and of the patterns that influence emotions, relationships, and choices. The process is adapted to each person’s needs and may focus on a specific difficulty or develop into a longer-term process of exploration and change.
